Get in the spirit!
Hang those flags and banners. Get out the décor or head to the $1 bin at Target! We also love these photo booth decorations, this star garland, this table runner and how great is this inflatable cooler!

Make a shopping list.
Get your recipes and grocery list together and be sure you have gas or charcoal for the grill. Need recipe ideas? Here are 5!
1. Watermelon, blueberry and feta salad
2. Grilled hot dogs and pineapple salsa
3. Veggie kabobs
4. Parmesan garlic grilled corn
5. Bacon cheeseburger dip
Don’t forget the s’mores.

Get ready to play.
Set up an outdoor play area for the kids. Think sprinklers, corn hole, can jam, a water table, sidewalk chalk, water balloons, and everyone’s favorite, bubbles. Make sure to plan ahead and get the yard sprayed for bugs before the holiday! Don’t have time? Grab some citronella candles and bug spray. Also, don’t forget the sunscreen!

Extra special fun.
If there is ever a time for sparklers and glow necklaces, it is now!! Just remember, safety is key!

Baby you’re a firework!
Look up your local fireworks displays and 4th of July events. Be sure to plan ahead for parking. Don’t forget to bring beach chairs, blankets, sweatshirts and bug spray.

Happy 4th!!
